“Our air handler went out on us on Christmas weekend. I didn't expect a call back, but I was relieved when I got one! Triangle Contractor's emergency technician came over within an hour of calling. He got our heat running again in short order. Rather than tell us we needed an immediate replacement of our heat pump system, which we kind of expected given its age, his honest opinion was that it looked good, and we should hold onto it until it really goes. We'll surely come back to Triangle for service in the future.”
